Flavor and heat. Yummy.
Good stuff. It has flavor and heat. Great for adding some zing to something that’s just a little bland or for incorporating a dimension into something you’re cooking. It’s fairly hot (not take-you-head-off unless you’re really tender-mouthed), so go easy until you learn its dimensions.

Great flavor enhancer
Love this chili oil and very hard for me to find locally. This adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish you can think of. Not very spicy, just flavor of chili. I like this as opposed to "chili crunch" options because I don't want that texture interfering with my food. Try a little drizzle on a slice of pepperoni pizza, amazing!
