I always wanted a full set of round cutters to add to the old aluminum ones I have. So I was lured in to Cyber Monday's sale on a set of round SS cutters that was a bargain. I passed on that set only after reviewing closeup photos and its description. A bargain for a reason, the quality appeared so-so. After reviewing many other similar sets, I found this one, nearly twice as much in cost but still reasonably priced considering what you're getting. I wanted "quality," well made round cutters that will last and these no doubt will. They are sturdy with smooth top to bottom welding on the inside seam ensuring flawless cutting and nice, comfortable rolled top edges. I've used these twice so far and very pleased with results and ease of cutting through dough. The 11 sizes provides unlimited creative uses for pastries, cookies, biscuits, homemade crackers, canapés... Plus, it comes with its own container making them easy to store. These are the ones you want now when you're stuck at home and want to bake perfectly uniformed buttery cookies or sourdough crackers!

I was looking for some heavy duty, excellent, cookie/biscuit/donut cutters. I'm so glad I bought these from Ultra Cuisine at Amazon! These cutters are made from very sturdy, thicker guage, type 304 stainless steel. The welds are perfect! They are not flimsy. Another thing I liked about these is that the round metal case they come in is heavy duty as well. Unlike some other similar offerings by competitors, many Amazon customers have complained that other brand cutter cover is very hard to remove and install. Personally, I ruled these vendors out if I saw that complaint. Sorry but I don't have time to fight with my kitchen tools! The Ultra Cuisine cover is easy to take off and install. Plus Ultra Cuisine includes a bonus too. I'm not going to tell you what that is as it will spoil the surprise. I purchased some of the Ultra Cuisine cooling baking racks recently and have used them pretty much every day. These are so awesome too! They are made correctly just like these cutters. Both should last a lifetime if taken care of. It's important to know that all stainless steel is resistant to rust but not fully rustproof. Therefore part of the care is to wash and completely dry the utensil before storage. If you take the short time to do this you likely last for many generations in your family. I can’t recommend these Ultra Cuisine products more highly. My advice is this: Spend the extra money and be happy with your new tools!

As a retired professional Executive Chef, these are outstanding. The best quality of stainless steel I have seen yet, and the rounded rolled top edges keep your fingers safe. They are also very sturdy and round unlike some that are thin and can get misshapen after a few uses. The tin they arrive in keep them safe when not in use. The fabulous variety of sizes fits all your needs and then some. The fact that this set is made of stainless steel insures they will be around for a very long time in your kitchen. The tin they arrive in is not stainless, however, with that said all you have to do is be sure the cutter you use is clean and dry before you tuck it away. This is a great seller as well. Everything is shipped in a timely manner.

I was very pleased with the quality of the pastry/cookie cutters when I took them out of their packaging. The set could be a dead ringer for the set my stepfather used in his restaurant more than 30 years ago. The range of sizes make this set a very versatile tool for anything from donut holes up to cutting fondant to fit the top of a 4" diameter mini cake layer. The welds are smooth, and the rolled side where your palm presses them down is comfortable. Do be sure to dry them thoroughly after you wash them, and make sure that there is no moisture left in the tin if you plan to use it to store them, because even stainless steel can discolor due to standing water. While I'm using mine for baking and food purposes, I believe that they would also work well for cutting out circles in clay, fimo, or play dough. (Only let your small children use them for the latter under adult supervision as the cutting edges are quite sharp.

I confess myself impressed. I was definitely in need of a new biscuit cutter as mine (inherited from my grandmother) is probably somewhere in the 75 year range and is looking sad. I chose this set because they appeared well made. I liked the rolled edges and variety of sizes. It is a pleasure to cut with. I have done both buttermilk biscuits and sugar cookies with them. They are a pleasure to work with. I also like the tin to keep them contained and organized. Yes, you do have to be careful to make sure they are completely dry before storing them, but that's not such a big deal.

They are nice. I like the thick tops on the molds, easier to handle.

Other customers should know that it is an excellent product. Well made and all the sizes that I require. Great value for the price.

After thinking I had lost my original stainless steel round cutter set (which I had just misplaced) I decided to buy a brand new set and did extensive research on which to get with the best for price and quality And decided upon Ultra Cuisine’s Stainless Steel 11 Piece Set from Amazon In my professional opinion they are underpriced they are so good! With rounded edges and very sturdy with top food grade stainless steel preventing rust that is always the case on cheaper products. They are so comfortable to use especially in a large kitchen using them for hours at a time. They perfectly keep their shape and don't bend as Ultra Cuisine has used such good robust stainless steel properly welded on the side join. Only one thing to point out is the storage container the rings come in is not stainless steel and is not rustproof. Which is a bit of a shame, hopefully, they will produce one in the future for an absolutely perfect set. You just have to make sure that once you use the rings and have properly washed them. They are perfectly dry along with the tin container before placing the lid on and putting them away for storage I found the best way of doing this is let the cutters you have used along with the tin/complete set dry out slowly on a rack in your oven or (Hotbox if you're in a commercial kitchen) on a very low heat, around approx 50 degrees C until completely and utterly dry. Then there is absolutely no way they can go rusty I have used this method your years and have never had any issues with rust So with the above method after purchasing this Ultra Cuisine set of cutters they will last a lifetime!
