If you know the benefits from drinking maca tea guys , you should get this . It's as good as it says. If you don't know what maca tea is for guys look it up and drink a cup or two. Your welcome guys.

I love the tea but the bags were deteriorating. Every time I opened one there was more tea on the outside then on the inside.

This tea does not quite steep like a regular leaf tea, but this I expected already, as it is a pretty fine powder inside each tea bag. So, steep it a little longer than normal to get good flavor. I purchased it for the health benefits so wasn't looking for "flavor" as long as it tasted ok. It is a It is a light flavor, very earthy....kind of woodsy, not robust like an Earl Grey. I might even try steeping it along with another tea for added flavor. Each tea bag is sealed in its own package which is very nice and will keep it fresh for a while.

I drink this tea almost every single day and when it was time for my menstrual I had have minimum cramps. Just slight discomfort. A complete difference from what I'm accustomed to. Definitely have added maca tea to my regiment.
