Rawlings | R9 Series Baseball Glove | Sizes 11.5" - 12.75" | Multiple Styles

Great glove for price point and design. Note that the gloves newer than 2025 are widely different for QC. I tried 3 and they were all remarkably distinct. One was thin and had poor lettering. Another acceptably made but with thinner binding and stringing. The one I kept was a bit heavier weight but with great overall build quality and better leather quality. Break in was a few days of catch and seems to be reasonably easy to maintain. Nothing new for R9. The actual glove is a half step worse than prior R9s I’ve had. These are fine gloves for the job of secondary glove or dad glove. No need for heart of the hide. Nice softness, maybe too much. Flexibility is good for a newer glove after break it. Not floppy or squishy like lesser quality gloves. This one should last a long time.

BEST glove ever! My son loves it! It comes broken in and is great for Junior high kids through college age! Looks great and we love the rich color! Perfect gift for the first baseman in your life!

I couldn’t be happier with the Rawlings R9 Series glove. For the price, it really can’t be beat. The leather quality is excellent for this price point, and it needed very little break in time. It’s almost game ready right out of the box. I also really like the look and style, it's modern but still traditional.

This glove is absolutely perfect, durable, easy to break in, worth the cost, long lasting, comfortable for catching, looks awesome.
