Great looking dress pants. Fits me perfectly. Love the elastic waist band. Exactly as described. I ordered the 30x30 size. I have a 30 to 31 inch waste (my waste tends to fluctuate within 1 inch) my length 29 to 30 inches. Also love the overlap button above the zipper; which allows me the option of not wearing a belt. Looks very durable. Great price and buy.

I previously wrote a review that on the pants I got, I have been reached out to by the company wanting to making things right. I want to add a few things. The quality of the fabric is pretty good. Although the stitching failed, it is something that can be improved. They seem to care about their product and may be worth trying if you need good pants.-previous-I got these pants back in October 6 months in and the elastic is starting to stretch out the stitching on the elastic is failing. The stitching on the pocket ripped and the the weird liner they put half way down the leg has loose pieces that catch your foot as you put it in. Not worth the "Premium" cost they charge.

The quality is of the pants are great. They are fully lined, so no dark underwear show through. Unfortunately they were to tight, so I will order the next size up.
