Neither. Just metal caps. They work great though.

WIll these lids fit the Carlos Rossi wine, glass gallons?

Yes. I used them for homemade laundry detergent in Carlo Rossi bottles.

Can i use it with one gallon jug for beer natural carbonation? Can it hold the pressure?

I wouldn’t recommend it but it is possible. Technically, it should be able to hold the pressure if it can hold finished beer (which it does). Because these are disposable, I’d be more worried about them getting stuck because they are a little soft. Good luck!

I am told it is BPA free as well as the red plastisol.
