These definitely work.

Works well, but it is a stimulant, so you will cramp up.

This provides the push, but if something is stuck, it probably needs to be softened with water, and to do that requires a different kind of laxative that brings in water. This is the stuff you bring in at the end when it's ready. That process can take a couple of days, and for that I used something called an osmotic laxative which uses osmosis to bring water in and soften things. This was a once-in-five-year event. Totally took up my attention for days, and I swore I'd never let things get to that point again, so now I've brought real fiber into my diet, salads, nuts, seeds, and two natural fiber supplements that have to be drunk with plenty of water, and then more, and I'm not going to let that happen again. I'm saying all this because laxatives aren't the solution, they're just blasting powder to get things going again. Never rely on them. This particular product tells the muscles to get pushing, but if something is fully stuck, it won't be enough, there has to be some softening first. Also, keep in mind that as tiny as the little tablet is - miniscule - once you send it in to do its thing, it doesn't just stop when it does the job you sent it in to do. You can't just rein it in afterwards. It's still in there doing its thing for at least a little while. Like a good part of the rest of the day. You have to know that when you turn these little things loose, they do what they were made to do until the activity they have runs its course. But peace was restored to the valley, and within a day life was back to normal.

sometimes things just don’t flow. this helps get that flow going again. it’s nice that you can adjust the dosage to your needs, and the pills are coated and so tiny i can swallow them easily. make sure to drink a lot of water with them as these act similar to a diuretic an divert water from your body (but to your bowel). these are much safer than glycol based laxatives, and half the price of the name brand version.
