Easy to get stuck if you disconnect from the actual charger
The adapter got stuck twice in the charge port of a Model S... The only way I could fix the issue was by reconnecting to a charging cable and pulling them together. I don't think I have had the same issues pulling the OEM adapter but will update my review as I get more charges out of the adapter. If this happens to you, try to disconnect together and don't leave the adapter behind. Even after unlocking the charge port, it was impossible to remove on its own.

All the reviews that say "Tight" are accurate
Simply does not fit. Very hard to get into the charging port, and almost impossible to remove. Even keeping the carging cable attached to the connector for extra leverage was very hard to pull back out.
