Westone Star Silicone Replacement Eartips - 5 Pair Pack, 10.5mm Diameter X 10mm Length

I was always a big fan of Comply tips, like many headfiers, but I did not like the squeezing and insertion process for all my different headphones. I wanted something that would seal well, be light and comfortable and not cause any wearability issues. My son wanted some for Christmas and being the terrific Dad I am, I bought him a package from Amazon. After Christmas, I sheepishly asked if I could use some for my Westone UM3X, which he begrudgingly agreed.Problem solved. They are comfortable, light and there is no issues with extended wear. This product gets 5 stars for hat alone. However, the seal is where it seams to excel for me (you will have to size it correctly). I have always liked the olive type tips by Shure and Klipsch, with Klipsch really being my favorite. These are just as comfortable and do not require deep insertion to get a good seal and sound from your iems.

If you have a large ear canal, these will save you. You'll get a good tight seal which is essential for performing, monitoring, or reference listening. Sound quality with my Westone IEMs is superb. The fit is good enough to stay in your ear during moderate jarring and jerking motions, so they will serve musicians well. I would not recommend for strenuous exercise.

I purchased these for use with my older Westone UM-2 in ear monitors. They are not as isolating as the foam tips but if you used the red foam tips, these work well.

I ordered these because my original pair were not sealing that well anymore. I was very hesitant to order these and the only thing that pushed me to get them was they are made by Westone and my ear buds are Westone and I like them very much. I was shocked at how much better they made my ear buds sound. I was still able with some work to get a good seal with my old eartips so the bass was just slightly better, it was the highs that blew me away. I never heard highs out of these ear buds like this before. They are also very comfortable to the point I forgot I had them in. If needed in the future I would definitely buy them again.

These are 1:1 replacements for the blue star-tips found in one's purchase of the Westone W80 earbuds. There's not really anything else to say. You get several tips and they are all exact matches and look exactly the same.Buy with confidence.
