I have been taking Nutrova's fish oil for three months now and I think it is amazing. The best part of this capsule is that it has none of that fishy flavour, aftertaste or the bad-tasting burps that usually follow a fish oil capsule. Another great thing, it has 550 mg of omega-3 fats in a small capsule as compared to others that only have 300ish mg in a rather big capsule. This makes it easier to swallow. Capsule is too hard ....I doubt the enteric coating...I dnt think this capsule gets dissolved in the stomach
