Very good..

This was my second purchase. You need to use it within 2-3 days of opening or it goes bad. I cut up cubes for a salad one time and cut thin slices for a sandwich another time. It’s not the healthiest and there’s questionable parts of the pig used. It does taste like bacon, so when I can’t find bacon I get this.

Very difficult to get a decent pork leg ham these days - this is the best available.

Well, it needs a little preparing before it can be served. The taste is really good.

It is expensive because of excise & taxes. Govt makes this imported item pricey. World renowned food processor. Excellent taste
