First off, don't play with fire. Second, don't play with fire. This is a lotion of sorts. It bonds to your dead skin on your hands to create a layer to lock in moisture. The ingredients include three types of alcohol: cetyl alcohol, isopropyl myristate, and stearyl alcohol. Alcohol is flammable. It sounds to me like your cousin is trying to hurt you. Please don't try using flames with the lotion on you.
