SCITOO Power Heated Chrome Towing Mirrors LED Signal Light fit 1999-2002 for Silverado/for Sierra Side Mirror Pair Set

I purchased these in 2017 and they quit working correctly at approximately 3 years or so, now they will only power out so I have to push them in and power it out for fine adjustment, If you pass this you have to start over, both sides. 2 stars because the heat still works.

These mirrors are a great upgrade to the small factory mirrors. They will sit level if you shim them with a couple washers behind the arm bracket, not the mirror base at the door. These mirrors are based on 2015 and later design of truck which have a different door mount angle and that results in the slight up angle on older trucks when mounted without shimming with the washers. There will be about the same shaking/vibration as stock mirrors (which is very little) if mounted CORRECTLY.The wiring for mirror adjustment and defrost are direct plug in. The turn signals can be tapped in at the BCM located below the steering column. For the white reverse lights, you can tap into the reverse light circuit in the fuse box under the hood. Or try to find the wire going to the cargo lamp to use that switch but good luck with the cargo lamp option as the wires at the switch are powered "on" when the switch is "off".

These mirrors are great! Although the wiring needs to be modified. At least my 2001 C3500 did. I originally had power mirrors without heat. No signals or clearance lamps. Three of the wires need to be changed on the new mirror plug. Use a very small jewelers screwdriver to release the pins on the green, yellow and red wires. Do this on the new mirror plug side, this way factory wiring is left intact. Once pins are pulled out, rebend the tab outward that got bent when releasing the pins. Now reinsert them matching this order.New green=existing yellowNew yellow =existing greenNew red =existing whiteThe other two remaining wires (new black) can be left alone and probably will work if a rear window defroster switch is installed in dash. Located directly under steering column. Remove the knee bolster panel. Look for a blue and a light blue wires. The connector from new mirror with 3 wires are for signal and a white courtesy light. Black wires need to be grounded to screw or bolt into metal. The blue wire you connect to the wire in photo. Either right or left depending on which one your installing at the moment.

Mirrors are great! My 2002 Silverado LT already had heated mirrors and power adjustment, so that part was plug and play. The additional wiring, watch You tube videos and one can figure it out!

....Easy to install and wire. Comes with wire diagram for the mirror. Looks and feel great but one of my outside turn signals does not work ...if the seller wants to resolve this I would give them a 4 star review as -1 star for quality control.... UPDATE SELLER RESPONDED AND I FIX IT....It was the connection where the pigtail met the front turn signal light....I tested for ground and power and it had both so i bent the terminals and it works great now.....only downside was I had to take the entire mirror apart to do so

All of the mirror hardware is easy to install and it works perfectly. However the blinker and clearance lamp wire is the same wire so you cannot make the clearance lamp on the front of the mirror on with the running lights like I had planned. But great mirrors and great look

Installed these mirrors on my 2000 Chevy Silverado 2500 and Love them. Fit the factory mounting holes like a glove. I turned the front amber lights of the mirror to a running lamp (Look up Mossman381 on Youtube, this is who I got the idea from and he explains the procedure very well). The only thing that I don't really like is that the actually mirror lens shakes just a little when driving, but otherwise these mirrors function better than my stock mirrors. Picture is with the mirrors on the pickup and you can see how the amber lights on the mirrors came out. All in all, if I was to buy a set of mirrors again, I would buy these mirrors again.

Just as described. The only reason it got a 4 star because the blinker light on back of housing is not a functional clearance light and they have a slight tilt upwards, other than that, easy to install, and lights work as described and they look great on my 2001 Chevy Silverado.

These mirrors appear to be of good quality. Installation and wiring was easy and everything worked as advertised. They came with two small brackets, a longish bolt and three locking nuts. What are these items for?
