Good for lower weight lower body work

I've been using these bands for a little over five weeks now and I've been pleasantly surprised. They've held up well under daily use and the carrying case is super convenient to store everything in. While I can't speak to how accurate the weights are compared to an actual cable machine at the gym, I still think these do a great job and are perfect for someone starting a workout program at home. The carrying bag is pretty compact and seems like it would be easy to travel with. Would highly recommend.

First, let me disclose that I am not an athlete nor am I well versed in working out. Just an average person trying to be healthier by doing some simple workouts at homes.The quality seems to be good and it gets the job done but there are a few things worth noting1. Door someone like me who doesn't understand what the different attachments are for, i wish they had a more detail instruction book in how to use them2. Although it works- i dont like that there are only two handles that you have to take off one band to put on another before you can use it. I got these to workout with my husband and i guess i just did not understand that there weren't handles on all of them.... so we cant actually do the same exercises together with the bands.The pictures is to show how the handles connects to the band.So anyways these are good but there's a few quirks

I don’t have any negatives about these bands.I was maimed in a work accident a few years back, employer at fault, but even after a court settlement and paying lawyers there wasn’t even enough left over for the crappy gym, let alone the 9 months physical therapy that was ordered. And after trying out a few different brands, being injured by two that instantly snapped on first use, I can honestly say these resistance bands are great! They are easy to use and you can take them anywhere. They don’t break on the first use and I love how everything is labeled and comes with its own bag.

These resistance bands are really well made - and are a great length!! I've found so many other brands to be very short (I'm only 4'10" and find many others too short, so I imagine most people taller than 4'10" would find other brands way too short)!! These are perfect - comfortable handles, secure door anchor- and less expensive than other brands - but just as good, if not better!!

I love to sit and use these in my office! I really get a decent amount of reps in and it's not noticeable when I am using them. I have a set next to my bed also and I use them frequently while watching TV etc so I don't feel guilty about being a couch potato. Easy to store in the nylon bag, variety of resistances, very simple but effective.

This set has more of a therapeutic feel and allows a full range of motion. I am able to perform all upper and lower body exercises that I want and find the feel of this set to be more friendly. It comes with hand attachments and leg attachments that snap on and off in a few seconds, so you can move from on exercise to another quickly, travel bag but I just keep mine behind the door. They also loop bands for other exercises. All in All I'm very pleased with this set and would recommend it. These will be an important part of my workout routine.

They work for sure, but I am super sad that I didn’t receive the anchor. I bought the bands specifically for the anchor (so that I can work on my back at home), but it did not come in the box. The bands are good quality though and I did receive the two handles.
