how's the noise and the cooling on this machine?

Low noise unless the fan goes on high and it hardly ever does that. Stays cool all day

i would like to increase the ram. can i buy any kind or brand or is there a certain kind that needs to be the same that is in the pc?

The description of this product says that it is 144 hz. why is 60 hz in the settings and i could not change it to 144 hz?

trying figure it out my self but I think it will run it if you plug into a different monitor that supports 144hz
