This product really does work gently. I took 3 the first night and went the next morning without any cramping. This product did not give me loose stools, just softer. I’ve struggled with hard stools my entire life. I used this for 7 days and went like clockwork every morning.

This stuff works. Depending on your situation you take 3 to 5 pills and drink plenty of fluids.

I enjoyed this product it worked well and is one of the first laxatives I’ve found to help me through my lactose intolerance issues. Easy on the stomach and doesn’t cause me any discomfort!! I’ve repurchased three times already! And I recommend it to all my friends and family who may be experiencing constipation.

This product is excellent. I took it about 2 pm and by 6 pm I was in the bathroom. I didn’t want to take it at night because I just wanted it in me and to do its job. I highly recommend.
