Wonderful Crêpe Pan!
I love this, it's likely the best crêpe pan for the money. Retired chef, I've tried a few, carbon steel & teflon style coatings, but love the size and performance of this pan the most. It releases beautifully. It being a crêpe pan, I treat it as such, as with my previous ones, and do not use it for searing or other wearing tasks which are better suited for workhorse cast iron pans and comals. Let a racehorse crêpe pan to do what it was bred to do and it performs flawlessly. Don't overheat it, it wipes clean, keep it out of the dishwasher. If you do manage to stick something to it, just use hot water. Never scrape it with anything.

Perfect Crepes!
I just Love this Cuisinart 10-Inch Crepe Pan. I have made crepes for years and always wish I had a better pan or a crepe pan that is designed for crepes! Finally decided to try this Crepe Pan and so glad I did. The first crepes I made using this pan came out perfect, much better than any I had made previously on other types of pans. It maintains perfect heat throughout the pan which is a must and no issues whatsoever with sticking. The pan has a nice weight to it and the handle is perfect for holding onto and lifting. Overall, if you make crepes, you will want to try this pan. Highly recommend.

Amazing crepe pan... I'll even throw in a recipe!
This crepe pan is so amazing! No spreader needed; you only need a nylon spatula, if that! The crepe flips out of the pan with no tools required. I am pretty much a crepe novice, having only attempted them in an omelet pan before. This pan lets you cook like a pro with few skills required. I even cooked a steak on it, and the even heat distribution made it come out perfectly. I had some leftover thanksgiving items that I needed to use, and came up with Cherry Pecan Crepes. You will need: Whipped topping Cherry pecan filling: About 20 fresh or frozen sweet black cherries (you can use sour cherries, but will need to add more sugar) 1/4 cup sugar, or to taste 1/4 cup water 1/4 tsp corn starch @8 raw pecans, chopped Cook all ingredients until cherries pop and mixture resembles pie filling Crepe: 1 cup flour 2 eggs 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup milk 2 Tbs melted butter In stand mixer, or hand mixer, blend flour and eggs til mixed. Add butter and salt while still mixing. Slowly add water and milk while mixing. Continue to mix til blended with no lumps. Heat pan on medium heat. Pour thin layer of batter into pan. Wait til small bubbles form in the middle of the crepe, then flip over. Cook til crepe is transparent and bubbles are stable (turn into tiny holes that don't breathe.) Flip crepe onto plate. Fill with cherry mixture and wrap like a burrito. Top with whipped topping, such as cool whip. Serve with bacon. Really amazing. Enjoy!

Not 10”, it’s 8.5”
Nice high quality pan, but it’s not 10”. The bottom of the pan is 8.5”, still makes perfect crepes.

Excellent, especially for the price
I needed a new breakfast pan and this one is, I think, perfect for eggs, omelettes, and pancakes -- which are super easy to flip because the sides of the pan are so low. The nonstick is good and while I know that some reviewers have said that the pan scratches easily, I haven't found that to be the case and I use metal spatulas. With care but they still are metal. I've only had the pan a month so I can't speak to how long it's going to last but I figure it can't be much less than the Scanpans I've been using for breakfasts for the past decade at least. They started needing to be replaced in about a year and a half -- and they're three times the price of this pan. So all, in all, I think this pan is a great deal.
