I love this quilt. It is a perfect thickness to go over my electric blanket but not so heavy that it cuts off your airway. Nice and soft too.

I’m ridiculously sensitive to chemicals. Everything smells to me and makes me ill, so I need all cotton fabrics. Usually cotton is treated with chemicals and sometimes the smell washes out. I took my chances on this quilt and I’m sooooo happy to report….the chemical smell does go away after washing and drying on hot. It smells like nothing and washed great. The king size fits my cal king mattress perfectly, on an 11” tall platform bed with no box spring. I like the pattern and colors. My only complaint is I wish the pillow shams had a better designed closure. Not a deal breaker tho. You’ll need cal king pillows for these shams. It’s lightweight, but not as thin as our previous quilt. You’ll need extra blankets in cold weather. My husband and I are very happy with this quilt. He keeps saying how nice it looks and feels.
