Kinetic sand is cool. Period. It’s like that tacky stuff I used as a kid to mount Got Milk? ads to my wall so it adds a nostalgia factor for parents. My kid thinks it’s pretty neat too and I love the gray so you can keep it contained, though even if he drops some it’s dust-free and even pet hair doesn’t get stuck in it like play-doh. The little molds are perfect for play time and I also love that when you’re done playing, you just slide it back into the box it came with and put it away. It doesn’t dry out or make a mess even if the box gets shuffled around. Awesome play time activity.

My kiddo have lots of fun! with this and it's easy to clean. 🤗 A bit pricey that's why I'm giving only 4 ⭐

The sandbox arrived in perfect condition. The sand does not harden or clump together. This is a great activity to use with all ages.

I like this product much better than the NatGeo knock off, and surprisingly, this product is actually more enviro friendly than the NatGeo version. While this is made from sand, the other is made from some kind of foam material. As for the advertised airtight storage, the bag didnt work for us. It gets sand in the groove of the seal and wont close after some time. Best to get a large storage bowl for it. My kid made a sand castle with a moat from this and...well that became a majorly sticky mess which dyed my bathtub with a light blue water ring for a month. We couldnt get the sand off us when it was wet. The product did however return to normal but a tad bit rougher than originally after drying out. I both love and hate that this is made from real sand. I love the texture and the feel, but i hate the sand farming to which you can look up the detriment of. Overall this is a great product, and i wouldn't buy any other mimic version. I would like to add: the NatGeo version doesnt hold up hardly at all. This one holds its shape very very well. As for the easy to clean rating, it is easy to clean up in an environment which doesnt have plenty of small particles. As advertised you can make a ball and it sticks up any other sand you press the ball onto, but my kid (preschool age) has a hard time doing this. Furthermore, small things that get mixed in, stay in. I'm talking pet hair, dirt, bird seed, soil, dander, dust, etc. If you use this inside, make sure whoever is doing the cleaning can do the ball trick, and make sure the environment you use it in is dust free. Otherwise, use outside and just spray off the porch or patio from any small bits of sand that get separated. Dont use a broom, youll never get it off your broom.
