Amazing blue colour and solid storage tin
This is my 6th product from the Typhoon brand. I already have a set of three tins for coffee, sugar and tea (although I use them for coffee ,tea and tea lol) and set of utensils in the same colour.I love the blue colour of those storage tins so I decided to get a bigger one to add to collection. I do not intend to use it for biscuits but probably for my dog's food but that's my personal (irrational lol) preference. The seal is very good and you could easily lift the whole product by the lid and it will not open. But, at the same time it's easy to lift the lid off them so it's a win win situation. The product is slightly matt so it does not leave any fingerprints which is also a plus, especially if you have messy partners or children! My next purchase will be the bread bin but I need to save up a bit!

Fresh biscuits and a nice looking barrel. Very happy.
I needed a new biscuit barrel, preferably cream and one that actually kept the biscuits fresh. I saw this and it seemed to fit the bill. I’m really pleased with it. It’s a good size. I can get two packets of biscuits inside without unwrapping them and the contents of three packets when unwrapped ( not the extra large packet size). It’s a really nice finish and very easy to clean in warm soapy water. The lid is bamboo so I didn’t submerge this in water. I just wiped it over. The lid has a plastic strip around it that creates the seal. This strip can be removed for cleaning and is easy to pop back into place. I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and I’m pleased to report my biscuits have remained fresh, crunchy and tasty. I note some reviewers had problems with the seal coming off but I’ve not encountered any issues. This feels and looks great quality and is definitely worth the money. I’m super pleased with my purchase.

Keeps the biscuits fresh.
Our biscuits have been sat in the drawer for years as we never had space for a biscuit tin until we put up a new shelf recently.I wanted a tin that looked good and would keep the biscuits fresh and crunchy - No one likes a soft biscuit!Opted for this tin as I had the sugar canister which matched and I'd had no issues with it.The tin currently has two packets of of biscuits in it, they have been in the tin for three weeks and they are still crunchy. Looks good on the shelf too.

Does what it says on the tin... and looks good.
I have purchased the product as a Christmas gift for my mother in law as she has just renovated her kitchen and repainted the walls blue. She was only missing a cookies tin and I wanted to contribute with this. The product seemed to be exactly what was needed as the colour matched the new theme.I have double checked the product and its effective seal before gifting this and the colour was as expected, it was finished to a good standard and it closed with a very strong suction mechanism which should help with maintaining the freshness of the cookies. My mother in law seems to be very happy with this, I hope the suction will hold the test of time but overall, the product does what it says on the tin... and looks good.

Lightweight and Airtight.
Good quality and I like the simple design with the crest on it that has Typhoon Cookies on the front in silver. Container is lightweight so not likely to be dropped like heavy ceramic ones. The lid is tightly fitted with a edging seal that keeps it airtight. I don't usually go for this modern style of kitchenware but I am surprised how well it does match my overall country style. No handle on the top which was a bit weird for me at first, but a quick lift of the lid using your fingers lifts it open.
