Since just before the pandemic M&S has changed the way they make their bras. Even if your size is correct, they are super hard to hook up without help. Even the UK customers were complaining of this. It improved marginally, but this is back to being impossible to hook up. Returned it. Pity, because M&S is such a good brand.
