This is a very good supplement brand. I have been using this for a few months now and I notice a difference in how I feel. I was dehydrated often, despite the fact that I drink plenty of water. After using this for a few weeks, I stopped getting dehydrated. I am glad I found a quality brand with the right dosage for my needs.
