The Miele tube is plastic and part of the tip broke. I got this to replace it. It fits great and it is very strong. This is a great product. It fits perfectly and it is strong and the length is adjustable. Fast delivery and nicely packaged.

I bought this to use in place of the powered wand that came with my Miele Compact C2. The powered wand is much heavier than the non-powered one so I bought this to use with the hard non-powered floor attachments, which is what I use the vast majority of the time. I also have a non-electric Miele canister I use upstairs and comparing the two wands, this one is slightly longer and the extension button is different but the two wands are functionally just the same. Plus this one is much less expensive than the name brand part.

Very fast delivery. Perfect replacement. This has a metal connection point at the bottom of the tube (not plastic). On the Miele version, the end is made of plastic and shattered when i set the vacuum down on tile floor without an attachment.

I needed the whole metal tube extension, due to my original being misplaced. Anyway, fits& works just perfect for my 15+ year old Miele “Flamenco II”. It truly matches up & fits just right. *You must be delicate & patient when first unpacking from plastic wrap (first order I returned & they sent another because the plastic bits were broken off, due to shuffling and moving & banging around in shipping box). Great alternative if you don’t want to spring for genuine parts.
