The diagram shows depth of the hook as 1.24" but the seller says .9" in an answer. Which is it? I want to hang it on a metal partition.

Won't the insert get rusty inside the tank

This is the second one I have purchased in about 12 years and yes the first one did finally rust and break but for the price I love it and would get another one for sure. I have a very small bathroom so this is wonderful I think. The only other option I might would try is the stand that holds extra rolls in the bottom and has a roll holder on top.

I bought something similar but it did not work well with a curved toilet tank The one I got stuck out, Would this one be any different?

I have a slightly curved toilet and it works very well. In fact I liked it so well I bought another one for a different toilet. I was equally pleased the second time. Both fit snug to the toilet.

Can this work on either side of the toilet?

Looks beautiful and saves the day in a little half bath

Have you ever been taking care of business and come to the paperwork only to find out there's only a strip of paper left? great for small bathroom

I purchased this for my son's small powder bath at college. Needed a way to store extra toilet paper rolls as no where for standing storage, and none under sink. This is easy to assemble, sturdy, reasonably priced and you can modify to hang on either side of toilet-serves its purpose well.

Was easy to install, just hung over toilet tank. Exactly as described, pretty also.

Careful, sharp edges!

It does hold two rolls. The bracket is a little too wide, so it hangs weird. It is nice that it can be changed for left or right of the tank. Do be careful, the flat pieces are stamped metal, leaving very sharp edges. I had to take some sand paper to it.

Appreciated the idea but it did not fit or stayed attached, useless in my opinion. Requires thick and square edges.
