This is a wonderful addition to my yoga teaching library. I am recommending it to experienced students and experienced teachers who are ready to refine their understanding of anatomy and practice.Using clear descriptions and drawings, the author explains how to notice, alleviate, and avoid common foot issues like plantar fascitis, bunions, and contracted toes. He suggests using props like straps and wedges, but also what to do on those occasions when no props are available. There are even a few practice sequences at the back of the book. And kudos to Gopa Campbell and Lauren Keswick for their illustrations! I hope this review was helpful.

Worthwhile footnote
Right from its compelling cover photo I could tell this was a well produced work. And so it proved to be. The information is well written, well presented and well illustrated.The content is detailed, relevant and informatively explained by an obviously experienced and knowledgeable author. In the troublesome domain of foot-health maintenance and treatment this is a very worthwhile contribution.

Great book for everyone to strenghten their roots...
I purchased this book not knowing what to expect. I wanted to strengthen my feet and ankles for yoga. Turns out, my yoga teacher knows of the author and his high regard in the yoga community. It is a great book with many easy to follow exercises and illustrations. A great find!!!!!

I have had several issues with my feet - bunions ...
I have had several issues with my feet - bunions, pigeon toe and collapsed arch. I was hoping there was something out there besides surgery and I found it. Just starting the journey but I am very excited to do so.

Very Useful Book
Very useful book. I am happy to have this in my yoga teaching arsenal. Easy to read and not too much info. Perfect size book.
