Practical for Experienced Users
The refill process is straightforward, especially with the provided instructions. However, for those new to toner refilling, the absence of a chip resetter means the printer may display "toner low" warnings after refilling. Despite this, the print quality remains consistent, and the cost savings are significant compared to purchasing new cartridges.

Colors are off
Didn’t produce anywhere near the same colors as store bought. They work but not ideal.

Great savings
Works really well and saved us a ton of money.First color we didn't use enough tape and it spilled a little, so be sure to use ample tape when covering the hole.I didn't realize that the ink levels in the printer wouldn't reset, but easy to ignore and just go by what the pages look like.

a little messy but good
everything is pretty intuitive, and whatever you dont figure out can be found on youtube. Just wish there was a better way to refill without the possibility of spilling some besides technique

Poor toner quality
I really wanted this to work better than it did. The soldering iron did melt the plastic of my black cartridge as advertised, but for the color cartridges I instead just disassembled the cartridge to empty the waste toner and fill it with the new toner instead. There are plenty of videos on YouTube showing how to refill these cartridges without needlessly burning holes. While burning holes could be faster, it could also lead to a larger mess if your tape fails to keep in the toner like mine did. All that being said, the main issue I had was that both the yellow and black toner refills very poor quality refills. The toner seemed clumpy and this led to splotchy prints even after running probably 50 prints through the printer. Cyan and magenta worked fine and only took 3 or 4 prints each to clean themselves up, so I know the process I used to fill was sound. I cannot recommend these refills since the toner quality isn't even good.
