If the bottom is not filled with ice, can the divders be pushed down to the bottom of the unit?

The dividers sit ton the lip of the server. They can't sit on the bottom unless you turn them sideways then you can't fit all of them in. I really enjoy using this item. I have a pizza oven and put ice at the bottom and my toppings and sauce stay cool and fresh when outside.

If filled with ice, does it sweat on counter from the condensation on outside of container?

a little is inevitable my dear, most of the time the side wall is thick enough to prevent it :)

Does the lid have a flat top so I can fill and then stack on top of each other in the refrigerator until event takes place?

Convenient for taco party

Used this for a taco-in-a-bag birthday party. It was perfect. Came with a variety of utensils for different condiments amd the individual bins were the right size for the items I put in them (salsa, jalapeños, diced onion, black olives, cilantro). It was easy to clean up afterwards. I noticed you can’t put a lot of ice in the bottom but didn’t find that to be a problem. I put the whole tray in the fridge to keep cool before serving and then even for leftovers the next day.

Bigger bins then they look

The bins are large for bar condiments, probably gonna be great for dips or taco toppings at family gatherings. The serving utensils are a little cheesy and I didn't find them very useful. It disassembles easily for cleaning. The ice bin requires very fine crushed ice or the bins won't settle into place. Overall, very happy with the product.
