I let a couple kids use these stickers to decorate their ukulele's. They had fun and the stickers seem to stay on there pretty well. I also used some of the stickers for my vision board. The color and material of the sticker seems like it will last for a long time

Whether you're a skript-kiddie or an 31337 h4x0r, you will LOVE these stickers! They're brilliant and look absolutely retro on a laptop. When I realized there were stickers in here from Hackers (1995) that I didn't notice in the pictures, I nearly lost my mind! I went back and immediately bought another pack! They are thick enough for high durability and they have GREAT adhesion. Because they have a very thin protective laminate over the surface, if you decide you want to peel them off later, you can consistently do so every single time without it tearing or leaving residue. (Though you do have to pull with surprising force to remove them, which is a good thing.) Before placing, I'd suggest wiping the surface off with a Clorox wipe (if appropriate) and let it dry first, so it has a clean surface to stick to. 3 MONTH UPDATE: If you place the stickers somewhere under constant skin / hand friction (like on the inside of your laptop where the heels of your hands rest while typing), you may expect the laminate coating to begin peeling away after a few months. Once the laminate is gone, it's not long until your hands begin to wear away the print on the underlying paper. For 50 stickers that look this good for $8, I don't see the need to remove any stars for that. Just a heads up. If you won't be CONSTANTLY rubbing your hands on them, no worries. If you run Kali Linux with green terminal font on a black background and don't have these stickers, your life is incomplete.
