I was having really bad knee pain problemsIt was very hard for me to walk. I buy it I put plastic gloves and massage it. It helps very well. I liked it because it doesn’t smell sticky. It feels fresh not burning. Since it works for me. I purchased an other one for my God Father he’s 79 he couldn’t walk or go out because he was in pain too nothing was helping not even pain pills. It did work for him too. We both loved so much that we do recommend it. I think it better than be taken pain medicines or a combination of both for better results after a long busy day.

Cracks me up for this review, send me a video or a picture? OK, here's me rubbing this cream on my knees ha ha. Anyway, been using this product now for about two months, and it seems to be doing what it states, it has helped. Doesn't 100% take away pain or stiffness, but it does help, I feel it's worth it to me.

It will get you out of knee pain quickly. Love it! Keep in near my bed table. However if you take baths, you must clean off the arnica cream off your knees before you get into the bathtub as the the gel is very slippery. It could be a fall hazard depending on how you get in and out of the tub.

This cream works great and I have reordered this product twice.
