I’m one of those who sleeps very lightly. I got this product underestimating it’s ability. I take One puff 30mins before I wanted to sleep and guess what, I had 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep, honestly for me that’s a big thing. I recommend it. A word of caution, use judiciously! It is very useful for me at the end of the hectic day. When much tiredness don't let me sleep, three to four sprays of it helps me to fall asleep within 20-30 minutes with all comfort. On waking up next day didn't feel any laziness or drowsiness but all freshen up.
