Best collagen supplement I've tried, and continue to use over the last 6 years. 60+ female, I've seen major improvement in joint, ligament and tendon issues from auto vs bike accident in 1999, plus noticeable improvement in skin appearance, and hair and nail growth! Sometimes I space out use of this product because it makes my nails grow so fast! My late father was given this product in the hospital after 2 knee replacements in his 70's, he noticed an overall improvement in his aches & pains. 10/10 recommend this product, only "negative" is the Mango flavor did not work for me, Cherry Flavor is fantastic!!!

If you like tart/bitter flavors (like gin and tonic, or grapefruit), you might like the Tart Cherry (I really do). If you are averse to swallowing thick, very sweet liquid you might not like the Mango (I really don't). The mango flavor is fine, but I can't get past the texture. I actually enjoy the tart cherry. I keep using this because I think it supports smooth skin, strong nails and healthy hair, though I admit there is no objective evidence of that.

The flavor isn't awesome, but it isn't gross (tart cherry). I haven't used it consistently enough to know of an any results, but I've heard others say it helps with their joint pain (something I don't have). It's never bothered my stomach or been an issue for me.

When I began using this product I initially bought the large 30 fl oz bottle. Once I receive the smaller version I discovered it’s not the same product. The smaller bottles are watered down. The consistency is vastly different. The contents of the small bottles are flowing liquid and the larger bottle was a thick almost gel like consistency. The product information is misleading because it is not the same product. When I initially purchased the large 30 fl oz bottle of liquid medical grade collagen, I loved it. It does not have the best taste but I had noticeable results. The biggest being it significantly reduced hair loss. So I decided to buy my next dose in the smaller bottle version thinking it would be more convenient to have small prepackaged bottles I could take with me. On top of that it’s cheaper per fl oz. Thinking it was the same product in a smaller package was wrong. Their information is misleading. It is not the same product. Unfortunate bad business practice. Shame on you.

I have only been using for about a week, but the taste is very unpleasant, and after drinking I become nauseous for about 1 hour (taken with or without food). It is too soon to say if I’m seeing benefits, but so far this part has been unpleasant, and is frankly a strong deterrent. I am only continuing because I think it will be valuable. I got the little shot bottles (2oz) so it would be easier to pack for my day, but the dosing doesn’t match the large bottle (1oz), so it’s unclear why there is a difference. I have been taking 1/2 shot bottle at a time to make it 1oz, even though the shot bottles say the whole thing (2oz) is a serving.
