This is my favorite balsamic vinegar so far. It is full-bodied and not watery like other balsamic vinegars I have tried. Being organic is very important to me too. I use this on spinach salads with apples or strawberries and recipes. I recommend this and keep buying it over and over. I also like the mild, balanced, complex and not overly bitter flavor.

After trying many brands, I finally found the best tasting balsamic vinegar. It took 10 days to deliver. ( I believe it came straight from Italy. ) lol. But well worth the wait. I always look forward to eating my salad with oil and balsamic. 😋

Costco's Kirkland Signature products are always solid. There Modina Balsamic and EVOO are just top quality. I'm not sure how competitive their pricing is outside of a Costco, but if it's available it's probably worth it.

I love this on a lot of things when I don’t use Sushi vinegar or wine vinegar. Vinegar quality is easy to consume without acidic bite that other vinegars have. I love the thickness. It’s versatile & smooth. Kirkland is on the top of my list and good value for the money.

Purchased this locally at Costco March 2023. After tasting, noted it was way sweeter than my other brand, so checked label carefully and found they add 6 grams of sugar per TBSP serving making the total sugar per serving 9 grams(equivalent of over 2 teaspoons sugar in one TBSP serving)!! Trying to cut down on sugars and it is way too sweet for my preference! Too bad because price is awesome for volume. Learned to always check nutrition info carefully from now on.
