Color is washed out and dull, not at all the same as photo, but nice product otherwise and hubby was happy with his gift overall. Slightly overpriced for what you get, considering the size.

This was a gift for my husband, he loves it! It's simple but so functional for our travel trailer!

This cracked in several places when I tried to use it. It was flimsy, but we glued it back together & it still didn’t work. It kept cracking in new places, so we just threw it away. Sort of a good riddance of bad... well, you get the idea.

This is such a simple beautiful piece. The stain looks exactly like barn wood/farmhouse wood. Which is what I was hoping since it’s for my boyfriends nightstand and our bedroom set is the same color. The notch for the watch is a bit larger than the picture but it works well because he wears a fit bit with a rubber wristband which doesn’t bend very much. Overall I absolutely love it.

I haven't opened it, but I thought I should let you all know for those that are living with the person they are gifting this to, the image of the docking station is printed on the outside of the box. Definitely ruined that surprise for my boyfriend. lol

Took five minutes to figure out how the two pieces of wood go together as no instructions, but to be honest as long as you have a picture (I used this one on Amazon) you don't need instructions! It's too pieces of wood for goodness sake. Anyway, my husband uses it every day so I no longer have the frustration of hearing "have you seen my wallet? Or watch?"

The fundamental week spot in the designed horizontal plate on the short side, the grove is a weak spot that snapped, the carpenter I took it to try to get it repaired indicated it was that the grain was cut on the wrong bias, so only a slight pressure on the vertical plate would snap off the short lug point, which is what occurred, it cant be fixed and even if he could the plate and pin it would not hold long the joint would not last. but he did say it was nice wood shame about the manufacture, he will make me a new one out of Oak with the grain running the correct way.
