Well made and easy to clean.
I think everyone needs a lightweight, totally waterproof (more than shower proof) rain mac. I kind of knew that once I received it, the heavy rain forecast wouldn't happen ... and I was right, so it hasn't been used yet. The only downside is that manufacturers think all women are 5ft 10in tall. Wondering if I could glue the hem up a bit. 😄

Good value for money but lack of style
I bought this product to take to a trip to the zoo as it was meant to rain quiet a bit that day. Price was great and I didn’t really wanted to spend a lot more on it. I follow the comments and reviews and I ordered a size smaller than I would normally do however it was still too big. The sleeve were so long that I have to fold them up. I was expecting the raincoat to go above my knees but it is further longer than this. I was also expecting it to be clear black, it is just a tiny bit see-through but mainly it looks like solid color. On the model looks a lot better than it actually looked on me… The cord and cord ends are white and the cheapest quality you could find, I rather not have the cord at all! The material is stronger than I expected so thumbs up for that! Also came in a little pouch which it makes it easy to put it in a bag and take. Overall is much better than a thin plastic poncho but I would had happily spend a bit for for something more stylish. My advise, buy it as an occasional rain vote for the handbag but definitely is to only use in emergencies!

The item does protect you from the rain but the coat doesn’t sit well when walking. I have to keep re centering the coat plus the coat is noisy when walking in I got told that I sounded like a packet of crisp. XD

Very versatile raincoat
Covers me up completely, bought larger size so it fits easily over a jacket. Folds up small enough to fit in handbag and always be to hand. Also it’s lightweight for the summer downpours. Good value for money

Rain coat NOT waterproof!
Bought several rain coats from various brands but all turned out to be not waterproof. So, I bought this simple plastic rain coat, thinking what can go wrong with plastic, at least this will be 100% waterproof. Tried it today during medium rain shower on a 15min slow walk and got all wet! This so called rain coat is definitely NOT showerproof and neither waterproof. They probably tried to make it breathable but by making it breathable it lost its function of keeping you dry in the rain. Now, I can't even return this coat and wasted money again. There are such plastic raincoats available for half of the price, which might have been a better choice probably than wasting money on this.

Great coat, keeps wind off and rain out!
Size wise a little on large side (I ordered L and am size 12-14) but was actually great as little festival rucksack fitted underneath. Great length to top of wellingtons, dry all weekend in torrential rain!

I’ve had this raincoat for about 4 1/2 months & I’m just now wearing it for the first time. It’s a chilly rainy day in NYC 10/3/22. I am petite and thick so got the raincoat in XL because I did not want it to be too tight on my size so it is comfortable. The last snap is a couple inches below my crotch; with arms down the sleeves cover my whole hand to the fingertips, so I can fold them back. The hood covers my head to the middle of my forehead and the string is a great length for typing even into a bow. The coat is nice and loose, allows room for movement and circulation. Many be too much. On a day like today it would be good to wear a light sweater or hoodie underneath depending on how warm you want to be. I’m wearing a long sleeved T-shirt with a tank underneath and have a pashmina draped over my shoulders for an extra layer- just in case (I don’t like to be too cold when I’m far from home but I wish I’d had a properly sleeved layer instead of the pashmina.) When I got where I was going I took off the raincoat and the pashmina was damp where it was on my shoulders and back, but I did not feel this dampness before this. That’s fine. It tells me the coat can hold in a little heat because of its material - a lightweight vinyl. It’s 100% waterproof. I have had one verbal comment of approval so far today. This coat is most likely not for a heavier rain than today - no tropical storms or hurricanes! Since I like this style plan to get more of these raincoats in other colors.

We travel a lot and it can be very expensive. When we are far from home, the last thing we want to do is waste a day sitting inside a hotel waiting for it to stop raining. Our coats are all rain resistant and we normally carry small plastic fold-up ponchos in our packs to ensure that inclement weather will not slow us down. Unfortunately, these ponchos tend to be awkward to use and poor fitting; in a gusty wind they can be next to useless. These raincoats have become our go to solution. Taking up only a little more space than our cheap ponchos, these raincoats fold up to about the same size as a light weight t-shirt does. They weigh very little and are easy to fold or unfold. What pleases us most, however, is the fact that, while the raincoats are relatively inexpensive, they have the same basic features as more elaborate, pricey coats. The wrists are elasticized, the hood fits properly and is easily secured with a drawstring, the snap closures securely fasten the coat in place, and the garment itself fits as you would expect a coat to fit (I’m six foot and just over 200 pounds). The seams of the coats are thermally sealed virtually eliminating the likelihood of leaks. The coat is able to keep the rain out even when there is a moderate wind. As far as concerns go, if you want an ultra lightweight coat, you have to realize that the material is going to be vulnerable to tears; the plastic used is certainly better than that found in cheap ponchos but it probably won’t stand up to hard use. I am very careful undoing the snaps which fasten the coat; because they are quite tight, I worry that if I pull on the fabric to open them there is a high likelihood that it might rip. Overall, we love these raincoats! While not designed for everyday use, they provide the features required to make them totally functional in providing protection during unexpected storms. Lightweight and easily packable, they travel with us anytime there is the slightest chance of rain; we don’t want to sacrifice our travel days because of a little wet weather. Highly recommended!
