If I buy a bigger size then mine, can I cut the insoles then?

No, no marking. I suppose you could but the foam will be exposed, and probably lose quality. Comes as standard to a size. I suggest to buy the same size as the shoes. I used it for an old pair of Sketchers, just added on top of the worn out original one, and works really well.

Will this fit in women bellies ?

Yes if using a knife and fork, but if you mean wellington boots well then yes of course!

My shoe size is 5, what is the recommended size for purchasing an insole?

I'm a shoe size 6 and bought the size 7 insole. Fitted perfectly but had to remove the original insoles inside my shoes in order to fit the new insoles. Hope this helps.
