The jump rope was awesome to use, I worked on speed, agility, and overall cardio. But the quality was not able to keep it together. It broke after 3 months.

Good quality speed rope for the money. Easily adjustable. The end not the rope get in the way when you adjust it smaller but you can coil them up so they are out of the way.

The seller is great. But the product is trash. I don’t think it is made for people that train mma that jump rope 20 mins plus a day. Mine broke in less than a week of use. The top section that holds the rope together broke

at first i was confused how it works, price is reasonable for the quality and also just one thing i dont like is that extra rope you have left from sizing it to your size just hangs around and messes up a little bit but other than that everything else works fine

Its works great and the cable is replaceable. The PVC coated steel cable is available at Home Depot for $0.80/feet. When the cable breaks from daily use one can replace it without purchasing a new jump rope. The handles are made of aluminum with bearings and should last. Overall an excellent product.

Broke on first use

Quality is good however one ball bearing is not smooth so it doesn’t freely rotate which affects speed skipping in every aspect. Wouldn’t recommend based on the example I have.
