These vitamins contain Magnesium (as magnesium oxide, citrate) 100mg (25% DV).

Can these vitamins be split in half?

They're difficult to split in half, and - when I contacted Country Life about this - here's what they replied, "Thank you so much for contacting us regarding our Core Daily for Women 50+. / We do not recommend using our products other than what is directed on the label. Breaking apart/crushing/chewing product may affect the product taste and color and some products may have large particles and be gritty or sharp and could lodge in the throat and we do not recommend this practice. / If you are not satisfied with our products we do recommend that you contact the place of purchase in regard to a refund or exchange. We are passing your comments along to the appropriate parties.
