The Surrogate Mother: An addictive psychological thriller you won't be able to put down

Cliché and Predictable but oh so satisfying!
The way the author writes is more curt and to the point but it doesn't effect the flow. The characters are funny and relatable and as a woman struggling with infertility who has flirted with the idea of surrogacy several times, I relate so hard to the protagonist Abby. Despite the plot being cliché and predictable, there were a few plot twists and some turns I didn't expect. It's a quick and fun read and I definitely recommend! :)

Wonderful as always!
It takes a brilliant mind to do the twists and turns that Freida does. I docked a star because idk what it is but there were times when the plot wasn't making sense... Like if the husband is sleeping on the couch, why wouldn't he wake up with the sound of the doorbell, etc.? Its only been with the past couple of Freidas that I've read that this happens. Also, A word just isn't right. You want to go forth not worth. See what I mean?

Great Story!
This was a fast read. I enjoyed it and felt so bad for Abby. I found what Monica did was amazing. Easy story to read.

A good read that missed the opportunity to be a great one
A really good plot that reads very fluently up to a point... and then it disappointed me. It had all the potential to be a great book, it could have gone into so many twists and turns that could have made it into a great read. But, it stopped short with only a few twists that hardly dropped me off my feet from surprise. The writing also left me with a sense of half baked product that could have been taken few more notches upward. All in all, nice but not much more

chills
This book gave me the chills and creeps. Freida is so talented at her writing style and I am really flying through her books. I plan to read them all. This book once again has twists and turns that you know a bit of what’s happening then she throws you for a loop with a character, then changes directions a few times and keeps readers enthralled!

Quick read but so stressful
I really enjoy Freida McFadden’s books. I read this book in 2 days. Typically, I read a book in about 4 days but I just couldn’t put it down. When I realized what was happening, I just couldn’t stop reading. This story had me so stressed. I wanted to complete the book so my stress level would decrease.Thank you Ms. McFadden for another fabulous thriller!

Slow start but wham
It starts out slow and pulls at your heart strings. The twists and turns when it finally speeds up are very intense and interesting.
