Ever since I mistakenly ordered Worcestershire Pub Burger Seasoning, it has since replaced Montreal Steak Seasoning as our go-to blend on beef. The Worcestershire sauce is evident in aroma and flavor, but isn't too overpowering. I'm on a lower sodium diet and a little bit goes a long way for me. The salt level is good enough for the rest of the family to not require any additional salt. Burgers, cheesesteak sandwiches, jerky, brisket, roasts, short rib, lower quality steaks and even brown gravy. They're all addictively enhanced by this wonderful stuff. It's far from being a well kept secret. I hate that the price has significantly increased since our last bottle, but it's still worth every penny.
