I’ve been taking this for two months and, in conjunction with the other supplements I take and a robust workout routine, I think I am finally seeing some reduction of pain in my arthritic joints. It’s not a miracle cure by any means, but I do feel relief. As far as my skin goes, I do follow a basic but effective skin care regimen and my skin seems to be pretty nice for my age. Feel my skin is much better now. I have been using AOZ oxygenated oil too every morning and night. My milli seeds around my eyes have disappeared!
