These are china sizes and they fit very small. The large is borderline small medium. Size up I looked like a stuffed sausage in a large. Buttons not meant for big breasts

I got these pajamas after my breast reduction surgery because I needed a front closing shirt. This set was amazing, so easy to get on and off post surgery and super super soft. I still wear them even now. Would definitely buy again!

Highly recommend people not to buy this product. The string came off when I first washed the PJ Pants before wearing it. Worst purchase ever.
