I love everything about this baby monitor. It checked all of my boxes: long range, ability to view multiple cameras with one parent unit, energy saving mode, etc. After some time using it in two of my children’s rooms, I heard a buzzing sound through the monitor. After some troubleshooting with their customer service, we determined it was the power cord. I was within my warranty period, so they sent a new cord, no problem. Now, months later, I began hearing the noise from the other camera. I opened my previous ticket with the company and they quickly responded and are sending me cords to replace all of the cords from the original purchase (they had a batch of bad cords; no hazard, just annoying). They did not make me jump through hoops, didn’t treat me like I was doing something wrong, just fixed the problem quickly. I am very happy I made this purchase with this company not only because of the high quality baby monitor, but also because of their customer service. And no, I’m not being paid, I just want other parents to know that this is a great choice when comparing monitors and you will be taken care of if you do experience any issues.

This monitor is amazing. We've been using it for over a year with two cameras. It's easy to switch between them and we have never had an issue with audio failing or failing to switch. I like that the monitor can stay lit up indefinitely if you want. The picture quality is great too. Even the little lever that holds it upright on the nightstand is surprisingly sturdy. The signal range is excellent, and I can even walk around outside my house with it. If I had one gripe, I would like the screen to go even dimmer, but it's not bad. We recently had an issue where one camera was adding a strange staticky clicking noise to the audio and I contacted support and they figured out immediately it was a faulty power cord and sent me one despite me being well out of warranty, which was phenomenal. So, so happy with this and the support team!

Such a wonderful set of cameras and monitor! (Previously owned hello baby for a cheaper option and there is a SIGNIFICANT quality difference between the two. Don’t go cheaper on a baby monitor, you’ll likely be using it every single day and every night for years!!) Great quality and great features! I purchased an additional camera to have 3 and I can even add a fourth when the time comes!Camera quality is very good! Has auto shift from day to night time with pretty decent color accuracy. I love the temperature display so i can adjust my ac as necessary! I’ve never used the sound/song feature since we have sound machines but it’s a wonderful feature if you’re traveling with the cameras or don’t want to also purchase a sound machine.Security seems good, I’ve never had an issue.This set is definitely worth the money.Easy to mount to the wall. Pan tilt is excellent!!!I had an issue with the range on my set however customer service reached out to me and promptly solved my issue!! I haven’t had a range issue since! Customer service is 10/10 They went above and beyond, I will forever be a babysense customer!

Just bought this, and the color is clear. It's has great monitor quality. I love it. Trying it in different rooms and just as clear when it was by the closest room. It is easy to figure out, and the camera has so many different angles. Connected to the Wi-Fi quickly. Functionality is what I need it for. Value for the money, I think it's too expensive, but I needed it. Like I wrote just bought it. I will give an updated review when I've had it a few months. Will also review Night vision in the future.

What a great camera for the price. I did a TON of research before purchasing and ended up going this 2 camera set. Has a big enough screen to get a great view of both kids and alternates between feeds with sound every 10 seconds or so. Has some other great features that I personally don't take advantage of like built-in night light and lullaby music.I recently had an issue with one of the power cords and the company was super quick to send a new one while I was still under warranty. You can't go wrong with this one!

I've been using this for 3 years now without any issues. I bought this because I did not want one dependant on WiFi. It scans between both rooms every few seconds so I can hear if either child is fussing. Great price and additional cameras can be added. I also love the lullabies that play and the built in nightlight. When we had to sleep train, I would play a lullaby on the camera and my baby would fall right back to sleep.

Simple and easy to use and set up. Good value for money. The range is really good. Love that it has spilt view so I can see both my children. Camera quality could be better in night mode, not as clear as I’d like. Battery life on the monitor could be slightly longer to, it is on the last bar by bedtime after being on for two naps.

I am so so impressed and happy with this baby monitor and the company that makes it! I am pregnant with our second and I wanted a baby monitor that would scan between two rooms and give me sound from both. This monitor does just that! I want to say it swaps rooms every 15 seconds. It's also easy to get out of scan mode if you'd rather focus on just one room. There's no wifi connection, which I appreciate. I've not had any issues with the signal dropping or anything like that. I love the volume; we sleep with a sound machine and I'm a heavy sleeper and I still wake up for my daughter even on the second highest volume setting. Installation was easy. Our only problem is the antenna snapped when we'd had it less than a month, but I reached out to the company and they replaced it for me immediately. I think I reached out to them on a Wednesday evening and we had a new monitor at our door by Saturday night. The customer service was amazing! We've used two other popular baby monitors with our oldest and had problems with both (one dropped the signal frequently and one had super quiet max volume). Almost two months in I can definitely say this monitor is my favorite of the three we've owned and I would 100% recommend it!
