A workout to strengthen hand muscles
These balls require four levels of pressure. Comfortable in my hands. Not tacky. Chart included with eight different exercises. Requires concentration in the beginning. My hands feel much better afterwards, more flexible. I have arthritis in my knuckles and at the base of each thumb as well as moderate carpal tunnel in my right wrist. Started with the softest ball and hope to progress over time.

Perfect size!
The texture of the therapy balls are excellent. They do not feel sticky at all. The yellow ball is perfect to perform a firm and consistent squeeze. This is the only ball being used because the other balls are too dense and difficult for me to squeeze. (70 year old woman.) As some others mentioned, I wish they were all a bit easier to squeeze (as the yellow one is the kindest on my Dupuytren’s Contracture found in both hands and it is the only one i can use).

Quality product.... Well made, durable, easy to clean....
Perfectly sized for average hands.... Like the material, too. Unlike fabric covered versions, these are easy to clean without impact to material. Diff't weights & resistances are great. Highly recommend.

Great assortment of very soft to very firm. Perfect size for grip / digit mobility and strengthening. No strong chemical odor. Highly recommended, would definitely purchase again.
