Q: They are really sticking to window. Easiest way to remove without damaging window?

You simply lift from a corner a pull. They do no harm. Very easy. May need to cleanse the window as your hands have been on it, however these are ready for the next use.

Q: I'm putting some led lights in wine bottles as a project. would these decorate the outside of the bottle?

They are great for the window but I tried them on several bottles and they just fall off. So, I would have to say no to that.

Q: Can i use them on car and take them of without damaging the paint or leaving sticky/glue behind ?

I don't know for sure. I have them on my windows, cupboard doors, and mirrors. I have taken them off of my cupboard doors and repositioned them and it didn't take off the lacquer. I don't think they would hurt the paint on your car but I would think that it would depend on the condition of the paint as well. I would try to put one in an inconspicuous area and see what happens.
