Q: Are the dimensions listed correct? Is it really only 5 inches long? It looks much longer than wide in the photos.

I just now measured mine, and it's 8 1/2 inches long, 4 1/2 inches wide, and 2 inches tall.

Q: What is the part number for capacitor c4? mine has shorted out and needs replaced. it is completely black and not possible to get the number off of it

0.47 uF 275 VAC.Amazon happens to have them through Uxcell. I also would not buy anything else unless the printing comes close to what is on the Uxcell item.My last Uxcell order came from overseas so you may experience up to 2 weeks down time unless a search turns up some stock locally on these shores. Q: Can i use 20awg wire from my power line to the power ports on this? would that cause any issues? the wire is also hooking my leds to the power supply

The output power is 360 watts. At 70% efficiency, this supply would consume 514 watts off the line which would be 514/120=4A. This is too much current for 20 or even 18 gauge wire. Use 16 gauge at least.

Q: Reaction of supply if I am driving a load of 200,000mF. Seen as overload at turn-on? with immediate shut off or current limit until charged?

Not an EE but a cap that large is going to suck all the power (amps) available immediately and cause it to auto shutoff. Not with this supply but we had issue with a 20,000mf cap.
