Very beautiful without any coating and lovely if you know what you are buying
It’s a very beautiful pan and there is no coating. I see some reviews saying that copper should have coating and it is a true statement only If you want to cook everything in it, there are some benefits in non coated Copper pan is not found in anything else. Actually, Copper without tin or stainless steel lining not easy to find So do you research before buying

Great quality and wonderful customer service!
Received the original order very fast but unfortunately there was a sharp nick in the lid. I contacted the seller and they the resolved the issue and were extremely gracious and understanding as this was a gift to my wife for our 7 anniversary. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I definitely look at the rest of their products. Thank you Adele!

GREAT, Candy pot
I love this pot so much that I just bought the larger 3.5qt soup pot too, the quality is very good, I have no issues with the patina changing because that is exactly what true Copper pots and pans are supposed to do. I have done three batches of Caramel and the cooking temperature was consistent and even and was easy to cook with. Solid Copper, made by hand, and it makes me feel good that I am actually supporting the people that make the product. If you are serious about having great equipment in your Kitchen to cook with then you should buy this pot!

This pot is perfectly imperfect
The seller wrote a nice letter to me asking for a sincere review, here it is.I bought the only non-coated copper pot for a decent price i could find on Amazon, because I knew about the health benefits of cooking with copper. Its actually exceeded my expectations. The food industry does humanity a great disservice by encouraging cooking with stainless steel. Not only have i enjoyed cooking with this beautiful pot, it seems to be naturally non-stick, nothing gets stuck with any real force, even when the pot is glowing hot (which doesnt take long), unlike stainless steel, which is a nightmare to cook with: everything gets stuck, and it takes forever to heat up.. I can confirm 100% that it does not have any sort of non-stick coating, as the first few hours you leave water in the bottom of the pot, the pot begins to change color (which is natural for copper).

Great pan for candy making. Exquisite workmanship and quality.
I ordered this pan for candy making because the pan I used during the holidays did not work well on our commercial grade stove. After reading the reviews, I felt confident in my purchase. I love this pan! It heats evenly without scorching and cleans up easily. I also love the look of it. Very well made and exquisite workmanship. I hope to purchase more from this company in the future.

Tin lined vs non-lined; read how to care
The media could not be loaded. Usually, all copper pots and pans inside are lined with tin OR stainless steel. The ones that are not lined with anything are meant for non-acidic food cooking like eggs beating, cooking zabaglione or cooking sugary preserves.First picture where you see potato in green patina I cooked in non-lined copper sauce pan that is offered here in this listing. You see potato here got patina all over (non-lined copper is not meant for it)Second picture showing another copper pan that is tin-lined, which is the one that is meant for all cooking. One important thang is that you have to be very careful when you use tin-lined because it’s very fragile.Eventually, food WILL get stuck, especially when using high flames.———————————————————————• use low flame slowly increasing to medium, almost never high• use soft silicone utensils, DO NOT use wood it’s still too harsh for fragile tin layer• when cleaning Tin side (inside) DO NOT scratch; fill with water and boil then clean without scratching. No chemicals.• copper side of the pan will get dark ugly spots (it’s real copper). Do not scratch copper side either, use salt & vinegar, wipe, dark spots will disappear in front of your eyes.If you are looking to buy some cups and plates, know that real copper WLL get dark and water will taste like copper (I am still learning whether I want that or it’s too much oxidation) So some companies use lacquer as a top layer to prevent discoloring, but then what is the benefit.what I do is I just keep cleaning it with salt & vinegar before filling next portion, that way only fresh copper will enter into my water...
