does this have a PTT switch on the mic?

Hi there Terry, There is a PTT button on the side of the ear cup on the headset. You can use either this button or the push to talk on the radio to transmit. -Jaden

Can this headset be made to fit on the right ear instead of the left, while retaining use of the microphone?

Yes, not a problem. Just rotate the mic boom around to the other side and the headset is able to work with your right ear, instead of left like pictured.

Can this be used on a hand held CB?

As per Vendor"As long as you get the correct coil cord to connect the handheld CB to the headset, it should work no problem."
