It helped my wife with restless leg syndrome and me with relaxing muscles, especially after extreme workouts. My gastroenterologist also recommended it for the IBS constipation. The fact that it also helps to get a better, restful sleep at night is an additional benefit. If you find these pills too large to swallow, my wife recommends drinking some water beforehand to wet the throat for smooth passage and aim them lengthwise, parallel to the walls of the throat (I hope this makes sense).

The product is getting pricey. May reconsider the benefits vrs. the price.
