Fabulous, 100% recommend
These are a life saver. I have been using these on my husband after a 45 day stint in three hospitals. He had five, and now thanks to these he’s got four sacral bedsores, and all are healing nicely, with new granulation tissue forming! I didn’t realize that the white center pad part would be just as silicone sticky as the outer brown adhesive surrounding the pad. But I’m really glad it is sticky, it basically debrides for you, as in, when you peel it, it gets rid of the dead skin cells, and exudate, AND slough. I think it works really well both with and without smith and nephews Solosite which keeps the wound moist. A moist wound heals faster, is the best information to know, and it is definitely working. I’m putting on a thick layer directly to the sterile dressing and not contaminating with touching it to the skin ever. I’m grateful for this product. Definitely helped reduce my stress.

Amazing Product
The product is amazing. As described This is my 3rd order and they do not disappoint. Dealing with a large trauma wound & have been amazing at keeping it covered and protected throughout the day. Definitely does everything it describes from reducing the pressure and pain of changing a wound to absorbing exudents. Really helped the person I was getting for sleep better at night as there wound heals.

Nice size try flipping them over
I found flipping them over gave a better place for bowel movement.

Great item for bed sores
These are great and hard to find large ones. Hospice Nurse that looking at my wife said they were perfect. Will buy again.

Very highly recommended product that you would also find a hospital, urgent care or surgeon using.
Excellent dressing for pressure sores. Does not cause any pain on removal. Dressing bends and moves with natural body movement and on the chance while applying it sticks to itself it is incredibly simple to un-stick and straighten out to its original shape without losing and adhesive from either surface.

Best sacral dressing
This is the best sacral bandage I have found. The size is larger than most, it has a three piece backing which allows you to remove the middle piece and center the bandage over the wound, then, if the patient is bed bound, you can secure one side, then roll to secure the other. The lower end is pre-cut which helps to adhere the bandage to either side of the anus. It adheres well, but I also use no sting skin prep which protects the skin and helps with adherence. None of these type bandages are cheap, but this one is the best buy for the money.

The only ones I found that work
My husband has pressures sores that I have been treating for 6 years. These are the only sacral dressings that fit without coming off right away., including the ones the wound care center uses. The others don’t last a day and they are too small. I’ve used hundreds of these over the years. They are not perfect but they are way better than anything else I found.
