Icy hot pain relief creme is very helpful in easing pain from my nerves and muscle pain. This pain was motivated by strenuous physical exertions at gym workout. Used this creme on my back. It helped within a 1/2 hour to alleviate the painful arms and back area of my body following strenuous exercises.

Highly recommend
I don't usually get relief from OTC medicines, but this delivered. I will warn you that it might burn when you first put it on. If you can wait a minute or so, then comes sweet relief. After it dries it does not rub off on clothes. I've used it on various places like legs and neck and never had a problem.

Helps the pain fast
